POLITICS & POLICY MAKING
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi visited Tehsil Bara and Jamrud, engaging with local residents and inspecting public concerns firsthand.
During his visit, Afridi went to the house of Zainab, a heart patient in Jamrud, who was provided free medical treatment on the Chief Minister’s special instructions.
Speaking to the media, Afridi highlighted that his visit allowed him to better understand the issues facing the local population. He reiterated that the government’s stance on the recent military operation remains unchanged.
Addressing allegations leveled against him, Afridi said that systematic propaganda had attempted to link him with smugglers, but he asserted that these efforts failed.
He further announced that practical work on the development package for the tribal districts will commence soon, underlining his commitment to improving infrastructure and services in the region.
